Perfect for cardio endurance mixed with some HIIT training, this mix is guaranteed to get your heart rate and blood pumping to maximise your workout with a mixture or house and drum & bass.

TRAINING TIP

Listen for the speedsync count in and perform a 30 second burst at full speed to add some HIIT to your cardio training.
